Question: I have a small business with three employees.  Although right now I do not offer any medical insurance I thought it would be nice to at least offer some dental insurance to my employees.  However I am finding that hard to do since the dental insurance companies I am calling state that my group is not large enough that I need 5 – 10 employees to get a group dental plan.  Any suggestions.

Answer: What you may need to do is forget about buying a group dental plan because you only have three employees.  Instead you may want to buy separate plans for each of your employees. You can still pay for their dental insurance, but that way you do not have to worry about how many or few employee you have.
